If you would like to return or wish to exchange please notify us within 48 hours from the date your order is received at customercare@violetivyjewelry.com and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number, items must be received within 7 days from the date your order is received. Return or exchange items must be without wear and in new conditions, and must be returned in it's original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return such as special orders, custom pieces, pieces with personalized engraving, and scratched or worn items. For international orders return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
